Our Gerontologist will meet with you and your loved one to assess the appropriate level of care based on medical conditions, mental capacity, mobility, and overall needs. They also help with bathing, dressing, incontinence care, medications, and meals. Some may provide transportation services. |
Multi-Level Care Facility | $3,500* to $8,000*/month | Licensed by the State of California, a multi-level care facility allows a senior to remain at one facility for the long term. The level of care may be increased or decreased, as the elder’s needs change, without the disruption of relocating to another facility. Some also have independent and assisted, some only assisted and some off all types of care, which may include independent living, assisted living, and Alzheimer’s and Dementia care. |
Standard Assisted Living | $2,000** to $3/3500/month-All Inclusive | Licensed by the State of California established assisted living communities provide 24-hour care. Assistance with medication management, bathing, dressing, laundry, housekeeping and transportation – all inclusive – unlike multi-level (above). All communities also have activity programs. Some offer Independent (described below). |
Retirement Communities | $1,200 to $3,500*/month | A retirement community is for more independent and active seniors who may be somewhat frail or socially isolated but do not need 24-hour supervision. Each community is unique in what they offer. Services include meals, transportation, housekeeping, and social activities. Some offer Assisted Living and Dementia Care on site as well. |
